Here you can see a unique design of the evaporation plant for processing of the corn steep with 6 up to 8 % of DM, after which we get a corn steep liquor concentrate with 50-52 % of DM ( dry matter ). Since the corn steep is very sticky and there is a big possibility to be burned during the evaporating, we developed this custom made design evaporating plant which resulted with a top quality corn steep liquor concentrate, with an excellent colour and generally great results required by our Customers.
