I love this Mark! I studied Fine Art at Uni and your video feels like permission to play!! I often feel under pressure to be neat and tidy but my arty side screams otherwise (my studio is covered in drawings on the walls themselves). I have to work with clinicians and academics on a daily basis over Teams and struggle with imposter syndrome with a huge confidence issue around being taken seriously. I can’t thank you enough for this - maybe I’ll let my arty side out a little more and worry a lot less. Warm regards, Kate Gravett, loyal panellist 🤗

You are right someone is alway going to complain. You can please some of the people sometimes but you can't please all the people all the time.

Dear Mark...wow! Just what I needed to see and hear. At 70, its well overdue that I extricate myself from the drama of my family, and find me..perhaps for the first time. I have books in my head that deserve to flow out onto the page, paper that is calling for paint, and textiles so stunning that landscapes can be seen made up of scraps. Gotta go, things to do. Thanks from Australia.
PS...for some reason, the gold leaf covered mammoth made me feel incredibly sad, wonder what that is about?

Love it! I must admit, I always ruminate about the wooden (?) architectural piece on the wall behind you.

I've often noted your quilted cushions on your couch - I always check to see if they have "changed position" - you should highlight them more, I find the backgrounds always interesting :)

Please don’t take this the wrong way but… I enjoy watching your mouth. Let me explain, I’m hearing impaired and lip read as an augmentation to my hearing. You stay close to the camera and enunciate so clearly that I don’t need close captioning to understand what you’re saying. Your YouTube presentation is awesome.

Yes. I remember the pop art video. Because of that I completely changed around my bookcase in my background… And I love it! It’s so me.

This dropped just at the right time! This perspective hadn't occurred to me, and I get the point... this video is brilliant. Maybe my favourite in this series so far. Thanks Mark Bowden! X🌷
*Edit:* Kinda genius actually!!

This captured my attention, my imagination. I'm an artist, and so many have told me that I can get away with things they can't, but that's not true! I love your advice to TRY SOMETHING out of the ordinary, to take a risk. I say well done! Thank you, Mark. 😁

I love Chef Jamie Oliver!!! He's got one of those endearing personalities. Another confident chef you may want to check out is Chef Eric Ripert, originally from France. He has a more reserved personality, but he's so endearing as well. Great communicator too!
