I did many tries at the end the one worked for me: the point is that once under France VPN (no need to change browser) you need to repeat the process by sending ID and receiving new unlock email, the link within this new email unlocked with success the account (all the operations is done on same browser i used before), hope it helps someone :) thanks for the video you saved my account and time, Thank you so much again and again :)

How did you even get a hold of facebook to try and verify your account? I somehow managed to somewhat rescue my account by blocking the my old email and the email they had attached to my page but it also erased my phone number. I was able to input a new email address but when it came to getting a code to change my password it keeps telling me that the code I input is incorrect even though its facebook sending it.

The hacker changed mail and sign the two factor authentication after mailing with facebook i changed my mail and password and still the problem of the authenticator how to solve this problem ?

Update: I got in! I don't know if Facebook just happened to be glitchy when I was trying, but I had no loop, no emails, no way of getting into the loop or anything. I just had a simple locked out screen with a settings cog to log out and the hints to get back in were unhelpful. However, after 10 days of seeing this screen, I finally got options when I loaded it up again. I took no chances, I had my VPN ready, validated my ID (twice, the first time it glitched out) and was in. It took so long to get to that moment, I thought I was dreaming! But thank you so much for this video, I don't know for sure if the VPN saved me, but I used it without trying another way and it worked :)

I got my account back!!!! Yeah!!! It took getting ExpressVPN using Paris France, turned off wifi on my phone. Tried it several times using my laptop and did not work. Put it the VPN on my phone and after 2 rounds of the ID thing, I got in!! Once I got in, I got their info removed. Facebook live chat popped up soon as I got in. I ignored it briefly. Very thankful that I found your video. I have added yubikey and 2 factor autho. Now going thru all the messages. They were chatting with several people. I contacted them. Now going thru groups. They posted in several groups. I also had changed browsers.

I am so excited to see a fellow black woman dishing the tea on this issue. I am typically a lone black woman in IT at my job so love what you're doing! I refuse to send FB my government ID(s), but have be denied with all of the other options.

I have tried:
-Logging in from a different device.
-uploading 2 other official documents
-3 times I've tried the selfie + code
-my friends can no longer see me so that option for them to help with steps on my cover photo don't work.
-I tried one of your suggestions using another browser

I'd love to try your VPN option, but there are so many links under the video...I tried the one that said express vpn, but didn't know what to do from there.

I tried your email link, but that didn't work...

Can you give more details?

When I use the unlock link it mentions 'invalid link/you tried too many times.Try again later.' Nothing, that I tried, seems to work.

worked for my sister yesterday, her account was hacked and it wouldn’t accept the facebook generated email password and once she used a vpn it worked

Thank you so much! Used Option 2 and vPN'd from Italy, then did the unlock procedure, this time successfully. You solved five months of frustration in less than 5 mins.

I changed the password and it still brings me back to account recovery after successfully changing password. Am I doing something wrong. It always loops back into the 2 way authenticator although i've just done it using account recovery. Its broken. done it several times and used VPN and firefox. Still not working. Facebook support doesn't get back to me either. I must be doing something wrong.
