Castillo wants Crockett to speak to a psychologist, DiTello, but he refuses, opting instead to go to the hospital and check on the boy, Jeffrey McAllister, who is alive but not yet stabilized. Crockett insists that everything possible be done for him, and for the doctors to let him know about money if needed. Outside ICU they see Monroe, who blames his outburst on Annette "turning tricks" and that he's been seeing a social worker. Crockett warns him about touching Annette again.

From Season 4 Episode5 "Child’s Play": Crockett agonises after a weapons-smuggling probe ends in a boy's death, taking the chance to try and reconnect with his estranged son.

Kids, if you weren't there in the mid-'80s, let me just tell you Don Johnson as Sonny Crockett was the man.

Wow! Ving Rhames. The only reason I recognized him was his voice and way of speaking. Unmistakeable.

Don Johnson's acting in this whole episode was exceptional. I especially liked the scene where he was telling the doctor he'd be keeping a close eye on the kid's treatment. Sonny taking care of business ♥️

The very best crime drama series on TV. Ever. The Miami Michael Mann's directing. Sad day when it all ended.

Didn't recognize the face at first, but when I heard the voice I expected "No man, I'm pretty effing far from okay"

Crockett and Tubbs brings memories. Classic one liners.
Treat him as if he is the President of the United States. As if the whole world is watching. I'm watching.
Touch her again. You won't need a social worker.

Never tell me these cats couldn't act! Both these fellows simply rocked. EJO had the "1000 mile stare, " and was bone chilling intimidating, but PMT and DJ more than held their own.

Sonny Crockett and Ricardo Tubbs are like angels at the black metal gates of death to prevent those who are thinking of committing suicide from going through. Stay strong.

This is why Don is real life father, for his character Sonny, it takes guts to protect the innocent.

You don't find that much intimidation subtly packed into 3 minutes on TV today - there would have to be yelling/screaming/some action of some sort. This was sublime excellence.

One of the best duos in TV history. And if you lived in that time, you know how groundbreaking that was. Like in the 70ies Starsky & Hutch.

Ving stays in front of the camera. One of my favorites for sure. Especially when he smacked baby boy around 😂🤣
