How to use Google Meet - Video Conferencing - Beginner's Guide

Google Meet or Google Hangouts Meet is a platform for video conferencing for large groups. Anyone can join a Google Meet meeting, but in order to host a Google Meet meeting, you have to sign up on Google Gsuite.

Google Meet is different than Google Hangouts which is not intended to host large meetings. Google Hangouts offers virtual meetings for up to 10 people.

To host you do not need a paid subscription, unless you want to record the meeting. I use my MacBook Air or my iPad and have no paid subscriptions. Not a real Google fan, but this is pretty nice.
