The high number of Springbok injuries are a big concern. Since the World Cup the last year there was at least 35 injuries to Springbok players that kept them out of selection for test matches and URC matches. That number is far too high and must have an influence on future performances. I wish Brendan Nel will have a discusion on this sometime soon. The save environment of our players are under question. In the crutial next test against Argentina at least seven first choise players are out because of injury. Springbok management must start to identify the causes and prevention for this serious threat.

Rassie Erasmus underestimated the strength of the Argentine rugby team in the first test match. I have a strong belief that the South African national rugby team, the Springboks, will suffer the consequences by losing the Rugby Championship 2024 to Argentina. It is my prediction that Argentina will emerge victorious in Nelspruit with a bonus point, bringing both teams to an equal 19 points. This would ultimately lead to Argentina clinching the Championship. It seems that excessive experimentation with the team may lead to unfavorable outcomes.
