Makes sense why Hwoarang so unhesitatingly crashed his bike into Jin in mid-air in one of Tekken 6 trailers. He had a provocative expression throughout the trailer.

Same with many other (fighting) games which's modern sequels and remakes you can compare to.

So Hwoarang actually beat Jin and was about to progress further into the tournament but turns out Jin had a 2nd form lol this is like when Paul beat Ogre and thought the tournament was over so he left not knowing he had to beat True Ogre too to actually win
