I did very much enjoy the class twice again. So far it's been twice for every class in Amos. Often I take the Berean Bible search ethic too far down the rabbit trail and sometimes fall in the rabbit hole. (Never found Alice or the Mad Hatter down here though) Help me out of here Brother Bagwell. I am trying to find out if there is a relation of our verse, Amos1:5 and 2 Kings16:9. Were the people of Syria defeated by Assyria and carried captive to Kir two different times? I am also wondering if 2 Kings 13:7 is the same threshing as Amos 1:3. *AMEN.* Brother Bagwell

This lesson goes pretty good with your morning devotional today. I do wonder if America has gone too far. 60 million babies, if I’m honest my mind can’t understand the gravity of the number. But I am understanding better, as you look around, it is all Baal worship.

I will remember to pray big prayers though. Moses did in Exodus 32 and Numbers 14 when pleading God to not destroy the Israelites. And he answered:

Exodus 32:14 KJV
[14] And the Lord repented of the evil which he thought to do unto his people.

I will also remember:

[14] If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
