Very overpriced for the country and area. The locals can not afford an apartment at $300 a month when most of the citizens of the country don’t earn $300 in a month. We living overseas we see this as a cheap or affordable. However, for someone living over there this is equivalent to paying $5k a month in the US.

I wish to go to a location where I can stay and still have my office together because I currently work with five individuals in Kigali. We are a team of five to seven persons who work late shifts for an American client until one in the morning. But that apartment, villa, or something comparable will only be mine. where I am able to live and work together. i am look for two rooms or one room with office place. My budget is 250 USD. if its not little outside, i don't have problem . but should be reachable from public transport.
