Max Verstappen crashes into Lewis Hamilton | Hungaroring 2024

Max dives bomb Lewis and crashes instead. He didn't even get the Apex, what a really bad weekend for him. He was undercut earlier which greatly angered him and add on with the pressure to keep Red Bull 1st in the constructors has been challenging for them.

He was angry that Lando was dive bombing him in Austria but he does the exact same thing to Lewis all the time! How can he not acknowledge how hypocritical he comes across... When Max doesn’t have a car which is 2 seconds per a lap faster he’s dive bombing, cutting other drivers up and swearing on the radio with no consequences. Even today no repercussions for his actions. Shame of F1 for allowing this to happen for so many years.

So typical, nice dive bomb... I had a good laugh. The radio message to Max telling him not to be so childish was the icing on the cake. Finally he gets a message from the pit. Max's quote was "moving under braking". I had a good laugh again because we still have good memories of Austria. Also about the dive bombs that he criticized so harshly on Lando. Already at the start he complained about "pushing off track" and then in turn 2 he sent Lewis wide.

This was just inevitable. As soon as Max saw he wasn’t winning today, he doesn’t settle, he gets desperate.

And a desperate Max is a dangerous one, and that what separates him from Lewis no matter the pace of their cars.

If you watch closely you can also see that Verstappen car begun to shift to the left before the contact. Indicating that A) he was trying to push Hamilton outside or B) he lose control of the car for the hard brake
