Sorcerer Kings VS City States - Conquest: First Blood Let's Play

In our first Battle Report and Let's Play for Conquest Sorcerer Kings Week Gerry's Sorcerer Kings clash with Shay's City States in a 1000 point game of First Blood. Two of the newest armies from Para Bellum Games 35mm Fantasy wargame clash in the abandoned ruins of a forgotten city.

Playing out the Shieldwall Scenario from Conquest: First Blood, the Sorcerer Kings' forward element find their progress blocked by a City State patrol. Will the City States hold out long enough for their forces to mass or will the Sorcerer Kings prevail and reduce them to cinders?

Man! This game just keeps getting better and better. Also, every faction looks so awesome. I want them all! And I can't wait for the rest that were teased to come out. The Sorcerer Kings are a very original one. I hope they get more units soon!

Found this on reddit, its perfect because I am definitely going to be starting one of these two armies! One of my local game shops has an owner who is super vocal about this game and actually is personally supported by parabellum as an advocate which is very cool

Loving the content guys good to see my faction (sorcerer kings) getting some reputation, I did notice that Jerry forgot the vanguard rule on the ghols so they get an out of sequence 5” move

Got into conquest this year specifically because of the Sorcerer Kings. What an impressice model range. Only tried them out in Last Argument of Kings so it'll be interesting to see how they play in First Blood.
