This explanation and setup is great BUT it still needs to be a filled (market) order, we should be able to do this kind of setup BEFORE the trade is filled/triggered, with OCO/bracket limit orders. By being able to do this there won’t be the need to be “taking care” of the new non-linked limit orders for multiple TP’s.

this is a pain, honestly. why didn't they add a SL and TP button on the order panel?

Agree with everyone else this shouldn't be so complex. Its neat to be able to drag out a stop loss, but you need to be able to have multiple TP orders that are still OCO. When you scale into a position you can't adjust the TP orders separately which is super basic honestly and a huge oversight.

The problem with doing it this way, if the stop loss gets hit, your profit targets remain on the chart. You have to manually flatten them. That is NO good.

A lot of manual input is required which leaves a lot of room for error with Orders, TP, SL.

I love how the orders work, my only request is to make it quicker to create orders of odd quantities that aren't included on the context menu when right-clicking the chart. Like for example, it would be handy if whatever quantity you already have inputted in the order panel will show up in the context menu. A quantity of 8 for example. Also being able to modify the quantity of the live orders either by right clicking them in the chart or in the orders panel at the bottom of Topstepx. Hope this makes sense! Thank you

When it took out the sell limit orders the stop loss orders were still there. What happens when they get filled? If you have multiple accounts and you arent careful one of those could fill and run all night without you realising

We need to know how many contracts to put in before the trade. Dragging a stop loss mess up risk to reward. This should be fixed.

Can you manually scale down, or do you have to input a sell limit to exit? If you're going long.

Why not just integrate the TV position tool to set orders ???? (I know it's "on the way").

4:14, what if the price hit my Stop Loss first and then goes up and hit the Limit Sell? Then I will be naked short right? Its hard set up if im not around the screen
