Is there any way to send a reminder about the product reviews before the time period expires? When I ship international, the email often goes out before the customer actually gets their order. I know that I myself have put off leaving a review because I was busy at the time I got the notification and then only remembered after it was too late to leave one. Also, do you know if there is a way for the customer to access the function outside of the initial email? For example, is there an option to leave a review when viewing their order if they have a customer account? Thanks!

Hi! Just wondering do you know, is it possible for someone to leave a review on squarespace if they have bought the product from somewhere else? I'm planning to move my shop from shopify to squarespace so would want to display reviews from people who haven't actually bought the item from squarespace

Hello, I am planning a relaunch of a website with a shop, that already has many reviews on Squarespace. Can I somehow transfer these by exporting and importing them or will they be displayed automatically? Maybe they even disappear? I can't find a solution or an answer to this question in the help section. Many thank in advance.
