You don't have to pull the stem to remove the cup.. because cup is suctioned inside, so to remove, you have to pinch it from base, then it will break the suction.. and Don't panic to use cup.. you can go for it.. menstrual cup has changed my life.

Today, I have used it first time . It's like featherly feeling. Sometimes I even forget about my periods. I was scared about while I was inserting it. But, when I perfectly done it.. boom.. it was magical.. No irritation. No wet feelings. No pain... It's awesome.

You actually don't have to pull it from stem, use the stem to guide your fingers to the base of the cup, squeeze it a little, which will break the seal and then you can pull it out, it will be a lot easier this way

I m using it since 2018 and it changed my life totally..at first i was afraid but believe me it is life changing.it takes hardly 2-3 periods to adjust and get comfortable with it.U will forget about periods. Girls plz pay can easily pee with a menstrual cup inserted, but pooping is a different story. I'm soo soooo happy jab mene finally pads (irritated, smelly, chipchip, no recyclable ♻, money wasted etc) ko bye bye bola.... Aur cup ko use kiya... My age is 22. Today I've received Sirona menstrual cup(medium) from Amazon. And co incidentally aj hi mujhe period ho gayi. When I've booked the product it was shown that medium size is for women upto 25yrs. But when I got the box. It's written that medium size is for women above 25 to 35yrears. I've tried to insert it for a number of times. But couldn't. Maybe it's the first time and that's why I'm not getting successful .
