AT Illinois I was a teaching assistant. I taught some labs. There was a beautiful blond girl in one of them. One day, I saw her formal signature. I said "Oh my God." She whacked me on the head.

Seriously ... interviews are not standardized tests. Are we now, as potential educators, going to revise and swat over standardized answers to standardized questions so we can teach our kids how to best revise for standardized tests?


If you're going into teaching or a TA role, then you should already have great answers to these sorts of questions. If you don't, then ask yourself why not.
