Getting my i30 wiper blades into the "Service Mode" position was different than showed here. I had to turn the ignition on/off then "engage" the wiper stalk for 3 seconds

Für alle, die es nicht geschafft haben: vorher den Motor anstellen, ausschalten und innerhalb von 20 Sekunden den Scheibenwischerhebel für 2 Sekunden nach unten gedrückt halten. Dann bleibt der Wischer stehen ;)

Thanks! Other videos showed the wrong technique, but this one was correct for the 2020 Hyundai Ioniq.

Excellent...thank you. In a right hand drive car with the washer control on the left, move the lever to the top to unpark blades (still clockwise).
