Macramé 101: Square Knot

Показать описание
The square knot is one of Macramé's basic knots. Emily Katz from Modern Macramé teaches you how to make it.

To make the Square Knot, you need an even number of cords.

For a left sided Square Knot (SK) take the left cord over the two center cords, then the right cord over the tail of the left, behind the two and up and through the half circle made by the left cord.

Repeat on the right side. Take your right cord, bring it over the two center cords, take the left cord over the end of the right, behind the two and up and through the half circle made by the right cord.

Wait to tighten the cords until you have them exactly where you want them to be.
