The only place that could take over marina over time is jabel ali marina but it will take time like maybe 40/50 years.. meanwhile marina will remain the place to be in Dubai because is the most urbanized one and also has all the things required for a place to be loved and enjoyed by normal people

Marina and JBR were cool 10 years ago but today they became crappy and congested. A concrete jungle with little green. Downtown or Dubai Creek Harbor with its waterfront and green community are definitiv the better pics nowadays.
