Gaming Laptop Chargers SUCK!!

The more powerful the gaming laptop the bigger the charger! Some laptop chargers are so big and heavy that they weigh the size of another laptop. Not all laptops have to use big bulky chargers anymore especially when you're spending over $3000 dollars. Make sure to subscribe for more videos like this!

The audacity to charge people 4k for a laptop but still won't gave them a Gallium Nitrate charger

MSI is guilty on the big chargers, I had a GE 73 and the weight of the laptop was OK for 17.3" but the charger was gargantuan, a kilo or so. Switched to ASUS Strix Scar 17 and never looked back - their chargers are smaller with the same capacity.

Every laptop should support 65w pd charging. That should be sufficient for regular use and good enough for an hour of gaming.

They do, hopefully any brand watches this and thinks about it for a while

So the 4000€ gaming laptops with those bricks are usually not very portable desktop replacements. So the chargers are often not that portable as well. In those instances I would be more concerned with the efficiency of those bricks. Also since one is a Razer Blade charger I would bet my left nut that both laptops being the same price the razer actually has worse hardware.

Yeaaah, man. I suffer from the size and weight of lenovo's 330W power brick..

GaN chargers aren't necessarily faster than traditional chargers. If both chargers are 330W, then they provide the same charging speed.

What benefits do manufacturers get when making their charging port type c or something unique like lenovo? Why cant all manufacturers use type c for charging?

I don't think GaN is a tech, it's a material - Gallium Nitrate

I got an Asus G14 and the 270 watt AC power adapter felt massive. Especially coming from a Samsung Galaxy book 360 that use a regular sized usb-c 65 Watt charger, and before that i had a Macbook pro with Magsafe. I've gotten used to the size, fits easily in a backpack, but honestly wish it was much smaller for even better portability.

Well, "brick" must mean something when they say "charging brick"

Why not bundle the power brick in the laptop imagine you would need just to plug a cable 😅

Thunderbolt will soon replace AC chargers, even for gaming laptops and MacBooks! I'm sure of it! 🤔
