When is this available? The press release said it would be available in January and the Netgear website says coming soon, and there's nothing anywhere else about it.

So about replacing my defected cbr40 which is known for the the intel puma chipset defected with this model. I paid good amount for a damn modem with known issues and netgear you’re very much aware of them problem for this modem which has created many issues for customers dos attack being hacked someone having the IP address and let’s talk, about the damage this has done to several devices. Im still waiting to hear from tech support who suppose to called back within 24 hrs yet to hear back. The customer service is horrible and the warranty as well limited support on something I spent over 400 on so do the right thing !!! I’ll be waiting to hear back from you guys and hopefully get this resolved . I many products invested into you guys consumer and business. Such as my readynas Pro that was by the faulty cbr and you guy need to own it and address it.
