Being the shortest Upanisad with just 12 mantras, the Māṇḍukya Upaniṣad possesses the quintessence of the entire Upaniṣadic teachings. It explores the entire range of human consciousness in the three states of waking (jagrat), dream (svapna) and deep sleep (suṣupti).
These audios discourses by Swamini Niranjanananda were recorded during ‘Upaniṣad Lahari Camp’ based on the Māṇḍukya Upaniṣad and its kārikās, held at Adi Sankara Nilayam from 17th July to 16th August, 2010.
