Now, as we mentioned, this is a custom fit. It is designed specifically for your vehicle. When they build this, it uses precision robotic welding to help maximize strength, improves the fit, and as you can see it is a simple bolt on installation. There's no welding required. Comes complete with the hardware kit and a nice set of installation instructions.

And we mentioned it's easy to install. If you see the four bolt holes right up here. Basically this will bolt to the vehicles bumper beam just by putting this around the bumper beam and then running the bolts through there and torquing it down. The hitch itself, you can see, has a nice gloss black powder coat finish over a protective base coat, offers superior rust resistance. And if you notice, on the hardware has the yellow zinc finish for corrosion resistance on those parts.

Now the ball mount that inserts in here, and the pinning clip that holds it in place, those items are not included. Those are sold separate on our website. The receiver opening is two inches by two inches. Now the Maximum Gross Trailer Weight Capacity on this hitch is 3,500 pounds. Tongue Maximum Tongue Weight is 350 pounds.

This can be used with weight distribution, so that will increase. If you use weight distribution the Maximum Gross Towing Weight will go to 4,000 pounds and the Maximum Tongue Weight will go to 400 pounds. But that should do it for the review on the Curt Custom Fit Two Inch Trailer Hitch Receiver..
