LED Volt Meter / Battery Level Indicator with LM3914 on PCB

This circuit is able to indicate the charge level of a battery, and is designed for 12V batteries.. each LED represents 1.2V (12V / 10 LEDs).. and during
normal operation the first Red LED indicates 8V while the last Green LED indicates 12V. You can
make the calibration of the Volt Meter by put 12V on the circuit and turning the trimmer until all the LEDs turn ON.

Components:
- 1x LM3914 IC
- 1x Dip 18 Pin
- 1x 56KΩ Resistor
- 1x 18KΩ Resistor
- 1x 10KΩ Trimmer
- 1x 3.9KΩ Resistor
- 4x Red LED 5mm
- 2x Yellow LED 5mm
- 4x Green LED 5mm
- 1x 1N4007 Diode (not required for the PCB)

Each LED doesn't increment by 1.2v as mentioned in your description. The leftmost LED goes off on voltage below 7.4v and the rightmost LED lights up on 12v. Therefore the range is 4.6v and each led represents an increment of 0.46v

If you can... Please.. i need diagram for voltmeter analog from 10.8 volt to 15.3 volt using two Lm3914 and 20 leds. Step by step of 0.3 volt. (0.22 volt)

Minimum voltaje for lead acid battery is 10, 5 vdc and 10, 8 vdc becouse damage the battery cells plates.

anyone has problems too?
mine is somewhat instable, for example 8 of 10 leds are on then i remove power and start again, now 2 leds only.
The Result alternates randomly. I have tried a stabilised power supply and real battery, same problem.
