Message Encoder/Decoder for Raspberry Pi Sense HAT

After transmitting messages with light from the Adafruit Circuit Playground Express, using 5 of its 10 LEDs, I figured I could send a message much faster with the Sense HAT’s 64 pixels. I was right. This video is slowed down ten times.
