Oh my gosh....Danielle, your comment about PTA school tearing down confidence is exactly how I feel right now. I'm one week into my first rotation in outpt which sounds similar to your outpt you described. I really love the environment and my CI is very knowledgeable, upbeat and I feel like we have connected. I'm type B too and dont feel confident in the didactic foundation which seems like we practically skimmed over everything( our program went online after 7 weeks in bc of covid) and I was taking the tests to pass ( survive) and somehow kept passing. Your video is quite informative. Bc of covid I do not have an Inpt rotation ( yet) my instructor is still working to place me. All my classmates that have inpt right now are pretty positive about their experiences and a few have treated post covid pts in acute care. Thanks for sharing your experience.
