Ben Carson calls Trump impeachment 'very immature'

One of the longest serving members of President Trump's cabinet is revealing to CBS News the advice he gave the president on impeachment. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson said he spoke with the president about not "giving up," calling the impeachment "very immature." In a wide-ranging interview with Jericka Duncan, Secretary Carson also explained why he has concerns about possible reparations for descendants of slavery.

I believe this man is a truthful honest man. I met him in person when I took care of him for my airline while he was checking in and boarding my flight at John Wayne airport. I’ve been watching him closely the past few years and I find him to be a calm, truthful, fair and thoughtful man during his speaking process. I think he’s brilliant and he’d make an amazing president one day representing EITHER party.🤔 He
would get my vote regardless of the party he would choose to represent and whether he’d be representing the party I’m affiliated with or not. Although I’d like to see him represent my party. I’ve moved to more of the independent party just recently after being disappointed by what I’ve been witnessing the past 2 years from my party. I’m still not sure where I stand but I think this summer will be telltale certain for me. I’ve been born and raised a Democratic for generations in New York and now California. Its just not the same anymore. I’m so sad to realize this and move away from what has been my family since birth and the past 50+ years. 😪
