Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour use the fluff and scoop method
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup pumpkin puree Libby’s pure pumpkin or homemade
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
