I knew the neon skin was the better one. The effects literally just stand out more while you can barely see the other one. The design for the green one is still good tho.

Overall Ruby Neon Edge is better, from the design and Skill Effects, I prefer Neon Edge more than the Ramadan one, but Ramadan one is also the first ever Ramadan skin, I'm just confused which one to choose.

I prefer the 1st one because of the design but the passive is so light that i almost think it
didn't activate
