Students in Delhi took to the streets as a major incident of carelessness unfolded in the national capital. Students in large numbers held massive protests against the death of 3 students due to flooding at an IAS academy’s basement in Old Rajendra Nagar. The protestors cried for justice raising loud slogans against the Municipal Corporation of Delhi over the incident. Some students also claimed that the death toll informed in the incident was incorrect as several students are still missing. However, the Police said that several people have been detained and a thorough investigation into the matter is underway. Notably on July 22, a 26-year-old civil service aspirant died of electrocution near Patel Nagar metro station

Aren't the students also responsible to attend classes at the basement.
After losing 3 precious lives, they should have refused to attend classes at such danger prone places. Is basement a apt place for attending classes
