I used to go berry picking on my grandparent's farm in Norway. So nice to be able to go outside and get fresh berries! They're so expensive here and no where near as delicious as they are when they're straight off the vine. Hope you enjoy berry picking this summer! Such a treat :)

I eat the Kids Zbar version of Clif Bars. They are half the size of the original and just the right amount for me for snacks/treats.
Love the steamer basket too! - yes, it is so convenient and easy to use especially for carrots, potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower.
Making hot soup in the Vitamix is amazingly easy. Fantastic kitchen appliance. Lucky you!!! So fun to watch your video!

What a great present to get - vitamix yay! I remember when I got my blendtec I could not stop using it :) still comes to good use most days and being able to just how nuts or frozen items in it and walk away has not gotten old as yet.

Congrats on the Vitamix ;) Its kind of a game changer right? When I got mine I used it multiple times every day but now I only use it every other day to make nut milk or maybe a smoothie. But I wouldnt wanna miss it ;) Also Amy´s book is the best, probably my favourite cookbook so far of all that i have (plenty!) Looks like you are experiencing early fall in Sweden? XO Julia
