Explore the Devils Throat Dive Site Cozumel

Devils Throat is a massive coral head, located in the southern Punta Sur reef system off Cozumel, Mexico. It's a legendary and challenging tunnel system that begins at about 80 feet, and descends gradually to 130 feet. It's enclosed, with tight maneuvering spaces that push the no decompression limits (NDL) of recreational diving. Be prepared to be blown away by this beautiful, almost mystical, dive through a very unique coral formation. It will test your skill level. Inexperienced divers should not attempt this dive, and experienced divers should not miss the opportunity.

This dive is one of the best deep dives in the Caribbean. I love this dive! It's certainly only for advanced divers. It will test your skill level for many reasons. Comment if you know of a better one.

I've been to Cozumel many times and every time I'm there I dive Devils Throat. It's an awesome dive and when you come out of it, you're at approximately 110 to 120 feet deep.
