This groove is similar to Down By The River by Neil Young. I had to add some more psychedelic vibe to it cuz that's never a bad thing, so I slapped a Jupiter 8 with a Roland Space Echo on there! E minor pentatonic is all you need, but add that natural 2 and 6 and you'll sound extra foooonky! Add b5 to the Dorian and you're really getting nasty! Try a super dry overdriven guitar tone - or sloppy wet, they both sound great on this!

After learning my pentatonix scales I still couldn't solo or navigate the fretboard very well. It was like having someone telling you the directions to a store in a town you have never been. You mite get lucky or have a really good memory and get there. This is the roadmap! I can now visualize the different scales. I wouldn't be playing over my own tracks if I never found this channel.
