On Wednesday President Biden will travel to Pittsburgh to unveil a sweeping $2 trillion plan to repair and improve the nation’s infrastructure. The White House is signaling higher taxes for corporations and the wealthy to pay for it. NBC chief White House correspondent Kristen Welker reports for TODAY.

Just buy coal powered cars that use gas to transport the coal to the power plant. 25% of my last electric bill was "fuel" to transport the coal. Maybe they could use the Ford Lightening that could go an estimated 300+ miles on a full charge but only made it 88 while pulling a small trailer. Our energy sec doesn't know where electricity comes from. Good hire Joe.
