Automatic RSX pull

I found that it shifts faster when u don’t let off while shifting. It’s still slow as balls but for a daily I use to get to school it does it’s purpose

I bought a base level automatic RSX for practically nothing to act as a temporary car while I was doing some much needed repairs on my manual CL Type S. It wasn’t bad for what it was and I’ll definitely buy another one someday but it will be a manual Type S next time.

Seems a bit slower than the k20a3 base Manuel for sure. You need to get a feel for the high RPMs maybe then you might save up for another but cool non the less 👍🏽

Definitely usually faster in regular drive mode (from experience)

Get a type s engine, mate it to the auto trans, get an small eBay turbo setup and it’ll actually be fun. I know some people with auto turbo RSX’s, and they’re pretty happy with them. But nothing beats an actual stick shift manual transmission as for as being fun and pulling hard

I had an auto daily RSX-S here in Canada. IT was slow. I also have a turbo Type-S and now have a daily 2005 Type-S I got for only $1650 in 2020.

The auto rsx is kinda quicker 1st and second. Comparing to my manual rsx I have now. Fun cars to zip around in.

Mine is so much smoother! Same car, and it gets driven in Manual mode all the time. It shifts like an auto in manual mode

I remember these days having an auto RSX Woow all the waaay back in 2017 it was so beat up 🤌🥲 different colored fenders and bumper haha. I crashed it unfortunately but ended up buying another auto rsx stiiill trying to attempt to make enough funds to do a manual conversion (all just because I didn’t know how to drive stick but hoped in the meantime I’d learn it🥲🤦🏾‍♂️). But my 2nd RSX ended up suffering from a random rod bearing failure on a 2 hr trip to CT🤦🏾‍♂️🤣!! So of course I still didn’t give up yet and still had my dream of wanting to Atleast own a manual one cause that’s WHERE THE FUN IS AT WITH THIS CAR🤌. Luckily I had scored a job at the local auction and I ended up learning how to drive manual out there, of course taking a huge risk but Yolo🙃🤣. I then was purchased my 3rd one which was finally a Base Premium 5 Spd and man was it the best decision I’ve ever made in the car world🤌! But it definitely needed some TLC I mean the dam passenger shock was on its way out by the time I registered it haha. It needed being my first project car as well, 2021 I swapped the slow k20a3 out and threw in JDM K24A straight outta HMO (iykyk) and a type s 6spd tranny of course all the bolt ons and crannies you could think of and man is she an awesome BEAST now! Anyone who has swapped a k24 into their type s or base knows the night and day difference that comes with it but overall made me love my base so much more.

But of course that wasn’t my last RSX 🥲🥲🙃🤣🤣🤣🤣!!

Now my Base RSX is currently running a m62 Jackson racing supercharger and this this freaking rips 🥺🤣! But I didn’t want to put too much mileage on the car anymore now that it’s running a dam charger I opted for another car so I wouldn’t either abuse the base or be left with a broken project car needing to go to work the next morning🥲. So then I FINALLY BOUGHT A DAM TYPE S!🤌 vivid blue Pearl 06 too!!🥺 yes my 4th freakin rsx i know but I just can’t get enough of this dam car mind you…. THIS ONES EVEN MORE BETTER THAN MY BASE🤣🤦🏾‍♂️ If you’ve read this far I appreciate you for even hearing my experiences and addiction to this dam car but just know this if your a base auto owner reading this GET INTO A DAM MANUAL ALREADY🤣 you won’t regret it!!

P.s just don’t buy 2 autos man🥲🤦🏾‍♂️
