I've got Canva Pro and it still wants you to subscribe for the enhancer.

That tool is the best I’ve ever tried. I saved in PDF for printing and looks amazing. However was not accepted by my photography instructor. But I will continue using it. Photographers prefer Photoshop.
However, I did not see that feature in the mobile app.

Enhancer in Canva is NOT free! In fact, even in the Pro version, it's still a pricy add-on.

They actually update the use of the enhacer, you need to pay to use the enhancer

Upscale is NOT Enhance!!! If you have a hi-res blurry photo, upscale does nothing, you need Enhance. Please don't say, "Enhancer" and waste my time talking about an upscaler! Very annoying.
