Whenever i feel depressed and think like giving up. I always think - " there is always someone who is going through worse conditions than me and still not giving up" . This gives me motivation. The fact that i have a roof to sleep under, food to eat and access to education makes me feel guilty as most people dont even have these things and still live on and here i am making excuses to run away from my problems.
