I love your vids. You might mention to use unsprayed roses. The store bought ones are heavily sprayed and so your getting a bowl full of pesticides. Heated….even worse. Use unsprayed wild roses or self grown.

I love this video! I probably wouldn't use store bought stems, since this is supposed to go inside or on the body. This method is great! But it also will squeeze every drop of those chemicals that helped them grow out and into that beautiful water you just extracted.
