Marine Best Man Surprises Groom At Wedding Rehearsal

This is the moment a groom received the shock of his life – when his best friend who he thought was unable to get leave from the military for his big day walks down the aisle to surprise him. Brock Beadle and Cody Codner, both from Iowa, have been friends since before preschool. Both went on to become linemen before Cody eventually signed up to the Marines. Knowing his best friend was unlikely to get leave from the military for his wedding day, he appointed his cousin as best man. But thanks to the help of Brock’s future wife Alexis Simmons and sister Laney, who has Downs Syndrome, Cody was able to spring a surprise the night before the wedding during rehearsals.
