Rom 2 for P3110 based on official Samsung Firmware Installable via Twrp

Rom 3 for all Espresso WiFi models 3110 3113 5110 5113
This Rom is with great full thanks developed under Slim unofficial by Android Andi and modified by PuckRom 2020

I tried to edit build. Prop and edited the ro.config.tima to 0.But, , , when i saved it and flashed official rom via odin, , it again returned to 1.Is there any way to fix it without rooting Please
