I remember this episode. The girls were the ones who called Jo because they couldn’t handle the boys’ behavior on top of everything. They were expected to homeschool themselves, babysit the boys, and do all the housework at the same time and they were failing at school. I was so angry for them.

The parents divorced after filming. Brittany, the oldest, joined the Army. She married & had three sons of her own. Moriah, moved to either NY or CA. Sara, the mother, remarried & had two more sons with her second husband. Neither of the daughters talk to their biological father.

I am the oldest of five and it was my job to do everything. I left home at 17 and never looked back. I am now 55 years old and still working through crap. Feeling like everything isn't automatically my fault, Feeling like I deserve to ask for anything. The list goes on. No one in our family is close.

You're in rough shape when it's the kids calling for supernanny. ETA: it's wild that he's like "yeah this is how my parents raised me" and she asked how his relationship was with his parents now, and he basically said they have no relationship, and yet he had zero self awareness after that.

Being teenagers is hard enough, imagine if your parents not only not cared but make you be teen mothers to your younger brothers. I swear this was like watching my own life. Eldest of three, responsible for raising my siblings, tending to the house, cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. Now, i'm 41, no kids and live 3, 000 miles away from my family.

WHY…..WHY…do people have so many kids and then make the older kids responsible for soooo much? They are not the parents’ personal slaves! They are children……if THE MOM can’t figure it out….how is the teenager supposed to know? 😡😡😡😡😡

If you can't take care of your own kids . Don't have them and it's that simple . Teenagers are not parents. Parents are parents.
