The skul and bones necklace would sell in a hot minute for Halloween. The soot just makes the Halloween pieces better. Nothing makes Avon better.(sigh) Although... it still beats Disgusterazzi, aka Paparazzi. 04:19 The little dudes are worry dolls. All the little kids in parts of Central America have a set. The swivel ring is more of a squiggle ring; swivel implies that the center flips around. Bert's is all one piece. Black lady cameos were a Thing for a while. She's more 2000 than 1880, but still nice. The hair stick may have been worn with it, but doesn't match - wrong continent of origin for one thing. You need two of the sticks to wear them and make long hair stay put. My black lady cameo was bought new circa 1995.

The little oval shaped wood box has "worry dolls" in it. Put them under your pillow and supposedly they take your worries so you can sleep.
