I am definitely feeling this song!!  Saw the video this morning on VH1 Soul.  I am not critical but my spiritual ears can't understand one verse.  It sounds good and I can see where someone would say it but the meaning to me says something not so spiritual.  Please help me understand..."I've been in the fire so long that I can no longer get burned.  I thought You were putting out the flames but it was rain from the storm".  To me that says you were going through something and you thought God was handling it but it wasn't Him.  Please shed some light on this.  Thanks in advance.
