Considering the floor passing chime sounds when you push the button I'm going to go out on a limb and say Otis did the modernization considering that is a characteristic of them the only Schindler I'm aware that does that are their 3300 MRL I don't know about Fujitsec but I've never seen a TK elevator that has the button beep Interesting floor passing chime choice I guess they went with a low frequency one for hard of hearing or old people?
