The nature of the principles of management is as follows:

1) Universal Application: Management principles are applicable in various organizations and industries, regardless of their size or nature of operations.

2) General Guidelines: These principles provide broad guidelines for managers to make effective decisions and handle various managerial tasks efficiently.

3) Principles are Formed by Practice and Experiments: Management principles are developed through practical experience, observation, and experimentation in real-world managerial situations.

4) Flexibility: The principles of management are flexible, allowing managers to adapt them to specific situations and contexts as needed.

5) Behaviour in Nature: These principles often draw inspiration from the natural behavior and patterns observed in organizations and human interactions.

6) Cause and Effect Relationship: Management principles consider the cause-and-effect relationship between managerial actions and their outcomes to make informed decisions.

7) All Principles are of Equal Importance: Each management principle carries its own significance and contributes to the overall effectiveness of the management process, making them equally important.
