Business is why us fans don’t see the fights we want. So much goes into the fight game. % for boxers have to be agreed on the promoters, % on what network etc Devin is probably the most easy going to do business because he takes a pay cut just to take fights (but rightfully so, because he knows he doesn’t sell) but he’s doing what Floyd did. Took on all comers until he reached a point where titles didn’t mean anything. Everyone wanted to fight Floyd for that payday. Haneys know exactly what they’re doing. Super smart. Legacy now. Money later.
