This was my very first car. Mine was a five speed turbo, and it was the most fun car I have ever driven.

Bought a super clean black 1988 Ford PROBE GT with 78K miles from an old man on the the other side of my state for $3K and 2 cases of Modelo. It's been sitting since 2005 over a bad clutch and throw out bearing....

Found a 2018 Ford Focus RS at Copart Auction that was totaled from a rear end collision so I bought it and dropped the engine & manual transmission from that RS into the 88 PROBE GT...

Got a few more technical & mechanical items to work out still, but she's almost ready to start making me some money! Been a slow process because I'm also working on a 2006 Monte Carlo SS that swapped transmissions from a Cadillac STS. WANTED to make it a manual transmission swap, but the Warden/Wife has me on a budget...

Anyway, nice PROBE GT. I do like those 2nd generation models. Wish they were 2 seater Mid-Engine cars tho.
