Rick Hasen on The Voting Wars

UC-Irvine Law Professor Richard L. Hasen joined the Brennan Center on September 10, 2012 to discuss his new book, "The Voting Wars."

The book examines the increasingly partisan world of election administration since the 2000 Florida debacle. To prevent the next election meltdown, Hasen says we must take our elections out of the hands of partisan game-players and truly reform the system.

Hasen is a nationally-recognized expert in election law and campaign finance regulation, and is co-author of a leading casebook on election law.
