The cat was in the cage at Pet Store in Japan. And the store was permanently closing and it was the last day of the store. This cat was jumping to the people outside the cage telling them to take him home😢

I thought it was made by having the owner grab and hold the cat front legs up and moving around, before edit out the hands. Turns out it was only the cat. 😊

The cat was left unsold in a Japanese pet shop that was closing that day. Rumor says they were relocated to other shop, but their whereabouts and survival are unknown (Unsold pets are sent to kill shelter in Japan, so if they were still not purchased in the next shop, they are already painfully killed by now).
