Thank you for your interest in American Chestnut restoration. Below are the sites, people and groups who are working together to bring back this beautiful Tree. As Russ continues with his work he will keep me informed and we will post more videos as the project grows⬇️🌳

On my channel homepage, if you click playlist tab, (TREES 🌳🌲) all the Chestnut videos with Russ are there; and a few other Trees 🌲🍏🌳. Thank you for watching 💚 🌰

Bernd Heinrich, the Naturalist from Maine, Russ told us about.

Those were amazing trees.
It would be nice to see them come back.

Its unusual to need a GMO. The advantage with GMO's is you can use it to identify characteristics that you require very quickly..once you have found what you are looking for, you then go find it in nature and destroy all the GMOs.
In this case I would object to the GMO if it is patented. My objection to this technology has always been related to profiteering from these patents, not the technology.

Really interesting stuff!
That genetic splicing is the good kind. I'm not totally against genetic engineering just don't like the miss use of it.
I say approve it!
I'd like to sponsor a tree Russ. How much, and do you have PayPal?
