Licking River expected to flood much of Falmouth

Pendleton County Emergency Management director Mike Moore said he expects the river to crest at 43 feet — 10 feet over flood stage — around noon on Wednesday, but people who live in the area should begin making evacuation plans immediately.

News is supposed to be believable, but yeah in all honestly it's still called hear say, witch is still said in all honesty SEEING IS BELIEVING, and alot of things remain to be called hear say still.
